We did what any couple who loves cooking would do for our two month anniversary. We opened a restaurant Le Blanchisserie Americain with the help of friends. Not your typical restaurant mind you. A mobile gastronomic experience. A food truck? Sort of. A dining experience served up in your typical 24' box truck at the Lost Horizon Night Market.
