Etsy Tuesday: Vintage City Hall

Back in April, DIY Bride had a contest to see if you could create a bridal look for $500. The rules in that contest were that each item had to be new. No vintage items. No sale items. I created a couple of looks. My favorite was the city chic.

Now you know me and my love of vintage though. So when I came across this dress the other day, I wondered if I could create a City Hall look for under $500. Here's what I came up with.
